Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator/Listing Coordinator to join our team. The perfect candidate is someone who has excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Help the team mostly with the listing side of a transaction. Keeping our CallJJToday website information updated and most importantly keeping constant communication with our sellers. Also, working hand in hand with our transaction coordination side completing whatever they need help with
- Communicate with agents, clients, & lenders to ensure a smooth transaction process
-Must be extremely organized and have superb customer service skills to make customers feel at ease
- Maintain organized transaction files and documentation

Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environments

-Computer Skills would be a plus

Enjoy working with the CallJJToday team which is a local real estate group with a group of 2 transaction coordinators, 2 listing coordinators, & 7 of us are licensed realtors. (total 8 currently on the team) We pride ourselves in offering super communication with all customers, staying focused, multitasking, & having fun.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
